DD Enterprises of GA. was formed as a company on March 15th 2008 by Don Davis, Owner/CEO but the foundation of the company began many years before. The years of electronics experience that is represented within DDE began in 1968. As an electronic technician in the US Coast Guard, Don Davis began a career of service repair on electronic equipment that covers the history of the amazing changes that we have seen take place over the last 50 plus years. From the first vacuum tube ARC radios, to point-of-sale terminals, to the laptop computers and security scanning equipment of today, the technicians at DDE have repaired them all.

With 23 years of Delta Airlines experience behind him, Don brought to DDE a desire to have a company that was centered on customer service like no other in the industry. We have put together a group of technicians that are committed to the very highest quality repair and the fastest turn time possible. Our technicians have an average of over 15 years experience on both airline and non airline related equipment.

DDE is the DESKO Preferred Service Partner for the Americas and as such was presented with the 2013 Service Partner of the year award by DESKO. DDE repairs the complete line of DESKO products. DDE is the DESKO Call Center and Service support for North and South America. As an authorized Okidata Repair Facility, DDE technicians are certified on most models of Okidata printers for warranty and non warranty repair. DDE is also a HP Corporate Partner, repairing PC’s, Laptops and printers.

DDE, which also does business as EDepot, Inc., provides repair services for a large number of companies including Delta Air Lines, US Air, United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Virgin Air, Virgin America, SITA, ARINC, Decision One, Carnival Cruise Line, Jet Blue, Vingcard, Essintial Enterprises and the Transportation Security Administration.

From our 4000 sq. ft facility at 8409 Tatum Road in Palmetto, GA., DDE provides repair/support of a broad spectrum of electronic equipment and provides purchase consultation and maintenance solutions. Our worldwide, direct shipment processes are available for qualified customers, along with our web-based RMA and Invoicing reporting. We provide warehouse storage of electronic equipment for both new and used equipment for our customers.
